Who we are

What data we collect

Contact form: when you send an inquiry, we receive the details you enter — your name and email address, and optionally your company, country, product of interest and message.

Direct contact: when you write to us by email, phone, WhatsApp or Telegram, we receive the information you share in that conversation. Those services process your data under their own privacy policies.

Technical data: when you visit the website, our hosting provider automatically processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and protect it against abuse.

Why we use it

We use inquiry data only to answer your request, prepare quotes and specification sheets, and manage any business relationship that follows. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

If the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies to you, we process inquiry data to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and technical data on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We also comply with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data”.

Service providers

Web3Forms (web3forms.com) receives contact form submissions and forwards them to our email inbox.

Vercel Inc. hosts this website and processes the technical data described above.

OpenStreetMap: the map on our contacts page is loaded from OpenStreetMap servers, which receive your IP address when the map is shown.

These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States.

Cookies

We use a single functional cookie, NEXT_LOCALE, which remembers your language choice for up to one year. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep your data

We keep inquiry data for as long as we need it to handle your request and any business relationship that follows, and longer only where the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask us to give you access to your personal data, correct or delete it, restrict or object to its processing, or send you a copy of it. Email info@nomadagro.uz. If the GDPR applies to you, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
